Deadheads Christmas Party

It’s that time of year again (and, not wishing to be premature, I did wait until November) to announce the December Deadheads’ Xmas Party in Birmingham.

This year it will be held at the Old Moseley Arms on Saturday 10 December, starting at 3.00 pm.

Here’s the announcement info, as supplied by the organisers, GDUK:

GDUK are very happy to announce this year’s Christmas Party.

This year it’ll be back in the warm and friendly surroundings of The Old Moseley Arms (better known as The Old Mo) in Moseley Birmingham.

The afternoon and evening’s entertainment this year come from our ever faithful GD DJs, the StrangeRemains, supplying you with favourites and rarities from their expansive Dead collections. Support is delivered from the amazing Gary Granger, a one man box of brilliant and unique Dead repertoire from across the years

And finally the headline act for the evening comes from Birmingham’s very own… The Terrapins. Words can’t do justice – accurate, precise, beautiful with a sharp, often hard-baked, down-to-earth approach to a wide and extensive Dead set.

A very reasonable tax of £10 gets you in, (pre-ordered tickets only).

Food for the night can be ordered up to a sensible time from the bar where you’ll find a great selection of meat and vegetarian curry.
